Guest guest
" Young has said she hopes Judge LeGrandeur will determine if excessive force was used by the guards and if the elevator door was defective. " Shouldn't there have been like warning tape across the doors indicating that there was nothing past them but a lethal free fall drop? Guest guest
Both guards were over 200 pounds. It sounds like a freak accident. I found the drugging of the boy, starting at such an early age, to be very interesting. I wouldn't call the treatment a success. Guest guest
Right and there's fine line between abusing someone in order to subdue them. If this boy was slammed up against those doors with enough force to open them, then this sounds like abuse to me.

Guest guest
Yeah way to much force, but that's what guards use. Right and there's fine line between abusing someone in order to subdue them. Guest guest
Of course he was abused. Prisoners are abused everyday in every prison and jail in this country. Nothing will ever be done about it because those in the outside don't care. Most people think they have it coming to them. I've often wondered if when deciding sentences for breaking certain laws, those making the laws take into consideration how much abuse the inmate will have to go through and if this is suppose to be in addition to time to be incarcerated of if it's just a bonus. How many people do you think really know what goes on in prisons? If you find this shocking, then you're one of the ones who have no idea. > > > Right and there's fine line between abusing someone in order to subdue > them.
