Guest guest
> Both complaints filed were dismissed and no action will be taken. Just like that? No reason, no nothing? Man, sometimes I wish I had the time and money to sue people. Then again, sometimes that doesn't work either !! Really makes you feel powerless... Guest guest
Vaccines are a sacred cash cow. It's totally maddening and frustrating and it really stinks like yesterday's dirty diaper. Normal, my foot. My infants have never screamed like that, even w/ vaccines (when I was young and stupid). I am sorry they're such jerks. Nita (crew chief) and the crew: 15, Jon 13, 11, 9, 7, Christian (7/16/03 to 8/22/04), 2 and Isaac, 2/3/08 http://momof6.dotphoto.com <http://momof6.dotphoto.com/> for not necessarily current pictures http://nitasspot.blogspot.com Learn from the mistakes of others. Trust me... you can't live long enough to make them all yourself.
Guest guest
Hullo Dawn. Everybody has a Boss. Go higher. Dont give up this pursuit. Get a lawyer, a medical lawyer, a vaccine lawyer. Send letters out to the doctor in charge. Send letters out to the hospital in charge, sighting all charges, dates, info you have, info you can get copies of, of theirs. Dont give up, for you child's sake, and yours. If your child is vaccine injured, make sure you report to Vaars, and the Vaccine court. Sue the person administering your shot!!!!! They almost killed you. Then told the LIE that vaccines didnt hurt him, and coersed you into vaccinating him again. Keep fighting until you win something, until you are satisfied, but work within their stupid statute of limitations, before Time runs out. Big Prayers for you. Now, GO GIRL!!!! Get legal help. Guest guest
Unfortunately, letters mean nothing unless they are from a lawyer and include that you will sue. Guest guest
I've actually tried getting the following agencies/individuals involved in this matter also... 5 different attorneys Joint Commission Health and Human Services CDC Newspapers Medicaid (even though I'm not on it, they indicated it may warrant an investigation as to why vaccines were not recorded properly) Congress The Hospital's Risk Mgmt Office Nobody will touch it. Everyone passes the buck and the lawyers do not see this as a cost effective suit. Nice, huh? > > Unfortunately, letters mean nothing unless they are from a lawyer and include that you will sue. > > Winnie > > Another reason not to vaccinate > Vaccinations > > > I just received 2 letters this past week regarding complaints > > that I > > filed with the NH Board of Medicine and the NH Board of Nursing > > for > > incidents that occurred in 2007 involving my son and myself. Guest guest
Dawn, I am so very sorry about your situation, and frustrated about the responses you received. Unfortunately, the responses you received are par for the course and not unexpected under the circumstances. I wish there was something I could do other than adding you and your son to my prayer list, but I guess that and your knowing that there is moral support out there can do a great deal. ~~Ruth Another reason not to vaccinate I just received 2 letters this past week regarding complaints that I filed with the NH Board of Medicine and the NH Board of Nursing for incidents that occurred in 2007 involving my son and myself. My first complaint was with the Board of Medicine against 2 doctors who were involved with vaccinating me with a rubella vaccine. Not only did they not follow the manufacturer's guidelines (it was administered while I was suffering from Severe Preeclampsia), but the vaccine lot# and manufacturer was never recorded either. This vaccine almost killed me less than 24 hours later. My second complaint was with the Board of Nursing against a nurse and it involved my infant. The nurse who took my frantic phone call after hours never documented that my son endured high-pitched screaming off/on for 3 days and she reassured me that this was "normal". She also never informed his doctor. The call log simply read that parent complained child was very "fussy" - nothing more. I did indicate in my complaint that due to her lack of knowledge with regard to adverse reactions, he then received boosters of these same vaccines 2 mo. later and his reaction was far worse. I also voiced my concerns that she may be endangering the lives of many other babies too. Both complaints filed were dismissed and no action will be taken. Guest guest
I believe it. The only person who will care is the doctor who gets sued. It's impossible to get others involved from state and other agencies. They're too busy not doing their jobs. The time and energy trying to get them on your side is better spent working and paying a lawyer from that salary.
