Your transfer from maximum to medium security

I pray that for the good of you and your son, Loren, that you accept the

transfer to the Elgin medium security hospital. Bob Poole told Millie and I

that no one transfers from Chester Maximum Security mental hospital, where you

are now, to the street. This is just a procedural move. If you keep your nose

clean for x days at Elgin, you could find yourself walking the streets of

Vermont by the end of the year. I will be meeting with someone regarding that

plan within two weeks.
