Forwarding this email (below) from another group. We need to continue rallying the legislators in each state, especially MA, to let them know this is unacceptable. Constituents in MA need to make a lot of noise and stop this bill from passing, if possible.

Just found out the H1N1 preparedness bill in MA will be moving.Heard from a friend who just spoke with Senator 's office (MA), thebill is in the House in the Ways and Means committee and will be moving inthe next couple of weeks. They want it in place before the flu comes. I'vealso been told Mass has enough vaccinations for everyone for both the H1N1 and the seasonal flu to be given to EVERYONE 3 weeks apart. They are in the process of looking for large enough places with enough refrigeration to hold the vaccines for mass vaccination. In the bill full Immunity will be given to EVERYONE involved, nurses & doctor's giving the vaccine, government and pharma, etc. I'm waiting for the all of the names of everyone on the ways and means committee and their contact info and then I'm going to be asking for help. If this gets passed in MA it will set a precedent for the rest of the states to follow. It passed 100% in the Senate, very quietly, when most senators knew nothing about the consequences of not vaccinating nor the immunity. They signed it without reading it. I guess I'm going to be busy in this next week!
