Sounds like you pretty much already know the answer, lol! In addition to

increasing water make sure you are eating adequate protein since this is what

helps to keep the fluids in your blood vessels and NOT seeping into tissues.

Can't help with the eczema, I'd just ask your doctor about it.

I seem to be retaining water and have a good case of eczema going. Is

this sides of the meds? I could go to the website and read up on it,

but the words are big and I don't want to wade through that right now

LOL.

As for the water, I don't drink enough. So that will be one problem,

but I am now at my lowest weight in years and my rings are not any

looser on my fingers. I tend to lose weight there first.

Any suggestions? Oh, and I bought tons of bottled water that I am

starting on today!!!! :)

Dear Tammie,

I had a real problem, and still do, with dehydration. The best advice that I

can give you is to watch your salt intake......don't stop using it, but don't

over do it. As weird as this might sound....chew cloves. It's an " old home

remedy " for allowing your body to balance water intake versus salt intake. It

might work.

Hope that helps.

On computers. IF I've sent anybody anything that looks like a virus, I send

regrets, NOW. I think we've removed whatever was here...or at least gotten it

down to a low roar.

The eczema might just be dry skin from your bodies inability to figure out

what to do with fluid. Chop up a clove and put it in your bottled water.

SALT!!! Thanks for reminding me of this. I absolutely CRAVE salt now.

If I am feeling sick, that is about the only thing that I can

eat...something salty. I will try to figure out a way to bypass the

salt.

As for the cloves, I will try anything :)

Thanks.

Generally speaking, if your body craves something, it's because it lacks

something. Don't overdo it, but without salt your body will not retain water at

all, which will result in an electrolyte imbalance. Been there, done that, and

spent a few days in the hospital, because I forgot my own home remedy.

Drinking plenty of water is a good thing, because it cleanses your liver, your

kidneys, and your bladder. But some of that water needs to come in the form of

something that has some salt in it.Cloves tend to help moderate the level of

salt in your body. Garlic will do this, too. But water with a chopped up

garlic

clove in it tastes GOSH AWFUL!!!!! :-).
