Guest guest
I see it too! When people move here (to Beijing) from " civilization " they undergo a profound change. At first it is very difficult. But later on, they are MOTIVATED to think, grow, open their minds. Suddenly pressing concerns about organic food, food safety, air pollution and such get people MOVING on their research. And sometimes it takes them on interesting journeys. There are many non vaxers (Westerners I mean) here in Beijing. I can think of about 10 families right offhand who I know IN Real Life who do not vaccinate their kids at all. And another just moved to town! liora > And Ann.I'm so glad you made the break from TV too! Guest guest
My Lord was alienated when speaking the truth. I have a great predecessor. THings just have to go so far for people to wake up. It makes me sad too. I friend of mine was in Saigon as it fell. He went to his friends begging for help after walking over dead bodies. They staged it on New Years and everyone laughed at him and told him it was just fireworks exploding (making all the sounds). As the lights turn on for people, the ones who mock you may begin to ask you for help. > > Are any of you experiencing alienation from loved ones due to your beliefs? My biological family has long considered me a 'nut case' and I am used to it... however, this vaccine issue has pushed them over the top. I am now a radical, insane, unpatriotic, etc etc, and none of them are even speaking to me. Zero contact is available with my 3 children (and 9 grandchildren), this is hard to take. My 96 yr old mother is in a nursing home and was declared incompetent this summer, and I am her medical POA. I have flatly refused to allow them to give her the seasonal flu, and intend to take the same stance over the swine unpandemic. My sisters position is now that if my mom gets the flu at her age it will kill her, and that I am endangering her life, she is furious with me, enlisting the support of everyone else. I feel like the lone ranger of awareness in a family of sleep walking sheep. As I stand in their midst shouting 'wake up' at the top of my lungs, no one is listening, and their minds are made up, don't confuse them with the facts. They all trust the government, the medical community and the religions. > > Of course they cannot budge me, but I guess I didn't anticipate this turn of events, although I should have. If any of you are experiencing similar issues, it would be helpful to know how you are coping with them... we need to support each other in every way we can in this.. it isn't easy, and will only be getting harder as this thing heats up... >
