Guest guest
Dear Suzy, I've heard that too. the first shrink I went to was totally mentally ill - as it turns out he was taking street drugs, which I found out later. I was naive and pregnant at the time and when I told him, he took me to his house, showed me his spare bedroom and said he would fix it up for me and the baby and take care of us. He took me out to dinner and this was the weirdest dinner I have ever been to. He ordered tons of stuff off the menu - more than 2 people could ever eat - and this was a really expensive restaurant. He way over-tipped the waiter. When I dropped him off at his house I could not wait to get away from him, he jumped on the hood of my car and was bouncing up and down like a monkey. Needless to say I never went back to him. He disappeared off the face of the earth as far as I know. My old boss was his neighbor a few years before that and recommended that I see this guy. Apparently my old boss didn't know that this shrink had lost his marbles since they had lost touch when the shrink had moved out of that neighborhood. lol! (ps. I had a miscarriage) > Years ago, I heard that psychiatrists were, as a group, the ones who were in the most need of mental health care. > Somehow, we have forgotten this and now find ourselves listening to thier madness. > > Suzy > Nose Picking Is Now A Mental Illness (Rhinotillexomania) > > > Also, please note: " Happy People " are certifiably insane as well, because > they are out of tune with reality-they simply do not see the ugliness of the > world > around them or they wouldn't go through life with such a naively cheery > attitude. > > U N B E L I E V A B L E !!! > > ML, > The Avenging Angel > > ========================================================= > > CCHR: The Quakery of Mandated Mental Health Parity > U.S. Newswire > 18 Jun 13:28 > > CCHR: The Quackery Of Labels: Mandated Mental Health Parity; > Coverage from Peanut Butter Phobia to Nose-Picking > National Desk, Health Reporter > Contact: Marla Filidei of CCHR, 800-869-2247 > > LOS ANGELES, June 18 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The following is > commentary by Jan Eastgate, president, Citizens Commission on Human Rights > International: > > Today, mankind is at a watershed of scientific endeavor. > Geneticists unlock the human genome.
