Guest guest
Hi Donna, thanks for listening... so many don't and then get really sick....... as for the water..... my ankles swell anyway and the water helps to eliminate it by flushing the system...... but that is me and I do not have your conditions....... The diet i sent is mainly used to kill yeast infections in body...... or generally kill bad bacteria and is very hard to keep and stick to..... but it sure helped me. Please..... consult your doc re water...... doesn't sound right to me....... that the water you drink has to do with the water you retain... I have heard the opposite so please discuss this with your docs............... there are so many diets out there and so many people are against meat as I kind of am... but one doc told me with a bad immune system or any type of nerve damage or pain, red meat is very very helpful.........a pure vegetarian diet I do believe is not good for us... but that again is my opinion. I know that when i am feeling really weak and hurting a lot. I will cook a good filet mignon, go light on potato and drink lots and lots of GREEN tea and water, and take my liverite religiously, which I don't usually do..... I feel better within about 24 hours.... Please please consult your doctors re the drinking of water that just doesn't sound right to me... but I love to be wrong.... and as you can see I always think I am right...... so please consult or do google search.... all I did for the kava thing was put hepatitis liver kava kava and came up with 20x more than I posted..... so do some research..... depend mainly on yourself and how your body feels, next on your docs and least on our opinions.... but the water thing sounds really weird to me... My mom had heart disease, Dad had cancer.... both had water rentention BAD and both were told to drink the 54 oz a day..... so do research, ask all your docs, consult nutritionist and do what feels right........ but please check on the water thing, kay??????? love ya....... tried to add you on my messenger.... but maybe you don't have it..... BE as healthy as possible, try to keep a positive attitude and get educated....... well not that you are not... but trust no one source.... love and hugs, sally --- Donna <donnagail1956@...> wrote: > Hi Sally, > > Oh my you are right, Kava Kava Root is toxic to the liver, thank > you so much for this info.
