Guest guest
That's a good question. I work full time. I also have kids and take some classes. Is it any wonder I have trouble with fatigue? I have a lot of trouble with it. I find myself falling asleep when I get home from work. I also tend to have a LOT of difficulty getting up in the morning. I've learned to delegate tasks and let things go when I can but still......did anyone else have trouble waking up in the morning? Try adjusting work hours to accomodate that, etc??? Curious as to strategies.
