Hello All,

I am a reader to this site I don't interact a lot however; I need

help with ideas PLEASE!

I have degenerative disk disease. On Jan 29th 2007, I had C4 & 5 -C5 &

6 diseconomies; I had bone spurs removed and some other things.

According to the surgeon that is world class I was healing well (all

X rays he said looked great). I did great till I started the last

part of therapy March/April and went back to work. The pain

increased to the point the surgeon ordered another MRI. It seams

that I now have C2 and C3 herniated and more bone spurs etc.

Also, it seems that I might have a herniated disk in the area of the

replacement. I am a go getter hard worker and WAS full of energy. I

didn't stop typically till I fell into bed.

Now it hurts to work, play, stand, sit, - I am so upset, I had a

breakdown before surgery because I was so scared. I had only been in

the hospital once to have my son 19 years ago. (Thank goodness)

Before my neck surgery I was having debilitating lower back pain,

another MRI found out I have a lower disk herniated? Do you think

it's strange no doctor has ever ordered a MRI of my full back? Since

having lower back pain and Neck pain?

I guess I should get to the net net. I have tried at least 6 pain

mgmt doctors in the 10 plus years of pain before and after surgery-

shots, injections, I have tried chiro, massage, acupuncture and

meds. What else is out there? I have heard something about botox

helping areas?

Could someone please give me an idea of some other kinds of doctors

that I could try something new?

Anything really will help!
