Actually, if a person is say....being abusive to a child in their

care for reasons of mental breakdown, I could see a judge committing

someone for some mandatory mental health program, as long as it was

a competent one where problems were addressed and drugs weren't

relied on for 'therapy'.

If SSRIs were the REASON for the mental breakdown in the first

place, then that issue should be addressed too....

just my 2 cents.

care for reasons of mental breakdown, I could see a judge committing

someone for some mandatory mental health program, as long as it was

a competent one where problems were addressed and drugs weren't

relied on for 'therapy'.

If SSRIs were the REASON for the mental breakdown in the first

place, then that issue should be addressed too....

just my 2 cents.
