Guest guest
Actually, if a person is say....being abusive to a child in their care for reasons of mental breakdown, I could see a judge committing someone for some mandatory mental health program, as long as it was a competent one where problems were addressed and drugs weren't relied on for 'therapy'. If SSRIs were the REASON for the mental breakdown in the first place, then that issue should be addressed too.... just my 2 cents.

Guest guest
How can they justify threatening someone with incarceration without a criminal act? That's like jail time for something you MIGHT do, not for something that you have done.
