To say that only geneticists are working on this is just incorrect because I had a long e-mail fest with a prominent psychiatrist at a major teaching facility who is spearheading a lot of this research to find new drugs to treat genetic problems (this makes me laugh hysterically!). I've been following this new line of thinking -- the evoluation of " it's a chemical imbalance " causing all your problems to " it's your genes that are at fault " -- and it's very clear to see where the money is coming from and what it's being used to research.
