The US Constitution recognized that most of the eligible people for the office

of President were British Subjects when the US came into existence so it

includes a clause allowing for people who were born elsewhere at the time of the

signing of the Constitution to be eligible for President so long as they were

citizens of the US at that time.

Article II, Section 1:

" No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at

the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office

of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not

have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a

Resident within the United States. " That means that once those people died, no

one who was not a natural born Citizen could be President.

Whether Obama is or is not, a natural born citizen of the United States is moot:

Executive orders signed by other Presidents and laws passed by Congress make

mandatory vaccination possible. This debate is entertaining, and I salute the

bravery of the soldier who chose not to serve in Afghanistan through a legal

challenge, but the issue is moot in this case, I believe.

Right now, the important thing is; millions of people all over the world will suffer now if we do not wake them up and insist that they help themselves. These monsters are not gods behind this genocide; they are flesh and blood just as we are. We have many rights according to the Constitution, but do we really believe that our military will protect us when they, themselves are used as human guinea pigs? That's just something to ponder.

We have the right to bear arms; our State recently passed a law that we have the right to protect ourselves and property if we are threatened on or in (car) that property.......just let someone come down my drive with a needle!

unlikely event that someone pursued a formal legal procedure that resulted in

the Pres. being officially declared not " legit " , everything he had done up to
