Hullo Dawn. WOW, how did you get picked? And what are your rehearsing to say? Will they let you rant, or will they just ask a few questions. Since it is known that Big Pharm controls the media, expect the unexpected? You will have to ask the station if you get to know what they will be airing about you. and others. I wouldnt do it. I am sure they are out to put anti-vaccine Nut Wagons on the chopping block. Should be interesting. Why are they putting your children on air too? I responded to an email that was sent to me that the TV station was looking to

interview parents who don't vaccinate. The reporter called me the very next

day. I think I will keep it very simple - maybe talk about no long-term studies

being done, urge people to read the package inserts line by line and mention

that our state has a religious and medical waiver...vaccines are not mandatory.

Yeah, knowing (from long experience) how the mainstream media works, I would guess that you will be used to whitewash the vaccine propoents and mainstream medical farmaphraud. Go ahead if you feel up to it, but I wouldn't even try... you're being set up.

I agree - you'll never " get to people " or make them see the truth by appearing on a government/corporation controlled media outlet used for brainwashing the public.  You have to do it in other ways.  This is really just a set up.

I don't agree. I think we have to stand up for what we believe in or else we are just hypocrites. We rant and rave on a daily basis about the Medical and Pharmaceutical professions and how we are being manipulated and then when some of us have an opportunity to reach thousands of people with our story and information you want to hide under a rock. So what if they try to whitewash it; if the message of truth just plants a seed in a few people it will be worth it. I believe in standing up for what I believe. That's the problem with this country; those with the truth are apathetic about standing up for it ; thus allowing those whose goals are based in lies and greed to manipulate and control the masses. I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I don't agree. I think we have to stand up for what we believe in or else we are just hypocrites. We rant and rave on a daily basis about the Medical and Pharmaceutical professions and how we are being manipulated and then when some of us have an opportunity to reach thousands of people with our story and information you want to hide under a rock. So what if they try to whitewash it; if the message of truth just plants a seed in a few people it will be worth it. I believe in standing up for what I believe. I totally agree with you Joyce---WE are the consumers which means we have the POWER to influence the product/service being provided---also the elected officials work for US so let them know how disturbed you are regarding the vaccination "laws" or mandates and GMO foods and that you want THEM to initiate a mass public discussion regarding such issues and then WE will let them know what is acceptable for ourselves and our children----many of us have been too 'scared' and/ or lazy to be pro active and look where it has gotten us! POWER TO THE PEOPLE

There are other ways to reach people.  If it were just me on the tv I may consider it but NOT put my child out there.You plant the seed, then the media poisons it and ends up making people think anti-vaccine people are nuts.

Perhaps most might believe we are nuts but you never know when you may reach someone who will do the research and decide that we are right. I will always stand up and fight for what I believe in. In the Bible God says only a "remnant" will know the truth and will be saved. I believe this is also true in everything in our lives on earth. We are obligated to fight for what is right and take our lumps along the way. Thank God our forefathers were not afraid of the powers that be; otherwise we would still be British subjects.

Regarding TV station coming to interview you on vaccines--If it were me, I have them sign a paper stating that they will not air any footage of you or your house or family without first getting your approval of the precise, final editing they intend to air. Otherwise, anything you say can and will be taken out of context to fit their agenda. I'd also have mounds of research citations to support everything I said--medical and legal. I'd consider hiring an attorney to be there on site, or to at least draft the agreement, to look out for your interests. That may sound extreme, but the media is controlled by people with a contrary agenda, and given the more common misunderstandings and view of vaccines, I wouldn't take *anything* for granted on this one--it could too easily backfire. What may look like an opportunity to educate the public about vaccines could turn into a event that turns you into a "crackpot" before the public.
