I've tried a lot of different things, but the more that I read, the more my energies go towards fighting the causes of this instead of discomfort. While I'm waiting to see Dr. Kolb and get Dr. Staninger's analysis, I've decided to begin Blue Skies' protcol. I'm just a few days into it, with some additions of my own. I have also changed my diet to 90% vegetarian, and no alcohol whatsoever (big change for me). My current internals if anyone's interested. I am still trying to figure out dosages... Guest guest
Hi Rush, which brand/model sauna do you recommend? I recently saw Dr. Kolb--i have been feeling better lately. One thing that I do everyday is take an infrared sauna, it has helped tremendously--my back used to be my worst area--now it is absolutely clear. Dr. kolb will give you some good things to help you clear this up. You probably wont need to be on as many things as you are currently taking. Guest guest
vscribe, I got the clearlight infrared. The reason being that I was torn between getting carbon heaters, or ceramic heaters--they each have different penetration levels, one heats the room more, with less skin depth, the other penetrates the skin deeper but less heat. Guest guest
The rock heat saunas work very well too. They are also more readily available, being in most gyms*. That is how i cleared mine out. They get way hotter than the infrared ones. I prefer to bake my mites. *Just be sure to take precautions to not infect other members. i always take a spray bottle of peroxide with, and spray anywhere my towels, or anything have touched. It doesnt smell, and dries quickly. You dont have to spray inside the sauna. > > From: Rush Tessman <rushtessman@...> > Subject: Re: treatments > bird mites > Date: Sunday, March 29, 2009, 1:40 AM > > > > > > > > > > > Ian, > > Dont feel so bad, giving to your parents was out of your control--just as your contracting this was out of your control. Guest guest
Your program is very similar in ways to mine. I would add in sauna, and roach prufe if you will. I know it seems like nothing is working, but hang in there, it will start letting up. To do a comparison, think about your infestation at its heaviest. Now where you are now. im sure there is a big difference. It just doesnt seem like it because even one mite is too many mites. We get so used to thinking that we are suffering so bad that we may miss our day to day improvements. I realized this after ridding myself of the mites, that i had been improving, but didnt realize it. > > Hi everyone, > > I can read the list from my phone and always have so much to say, but precious little computer time right now. Guest guest
Thanks for the specs, Rush. We stayed at a hotel recently with a " Finnish " sauna and didn't seem to do much, but I think that's only because the hotel had it turned down to a non-litigious level. I know these things respond to heat as I can get them out of my clothes with a steam iron, so doing something similar to the skin via the Clearlight certainly makes sense. > > > > Ian, > > > > Dont feel so bad, giving to your parents was out of your control--just as your contracting this was out of your control. Guest guest
I forgot to include what is working. The apple cider vinegar is essential. I think the diflucan is helping a little. The oil blend is wonderful (when I can wear it, ie not work) The hydrogen peroxide in the vaporizer helps the environment a lot. > > A few people have asked what I'm taking and what is working, so I thought I'd do a quick post. Guest guest
Still having bed issues. Right now I have a small matress that I keep covered in zippered vinyl. It gets heavily coated with peroxide every night. (I also have a bug spray mixture that I make using Cedar-Sage spray, witch hazel, wormwood, neem, citronella and clove bud oil.) Main issue is what to put the matress on. Right now I have a platform that my dad built for me, it's not the easiest to clean but probably slightly better than the floor. I would buy a futon frame if I could afford it, but I'm insanely broke, like most of us. Guest guest
Kolb is the best doctor I've ever met; and I've met hundreds. I think I've been on the meds about 2 weeks. It's hard to say about the die-off. My workplace and parents' home are both still heavily infested. Also, I've had a serious problem getting more than 5 hours of sleep per night. Last night I got 18 and I've felt splendid all day, despite lack of bath and a full moon. I feel like once I can purchase a good colon cleanse, I will start to see a turning point. About the meds, personally I think I need a higher dosage of the diflucan. After my first liver function test I am going to ask her to double the dosage.Thank you for the encouragement.IanFrom: Lou <louallen27@...>Subject: Re: Re: Treatmentsbird mites Date: Friday, May 8, 2009, 10:03 PM Ian, I'm sooo happy for you. Guest guest
When do you see her again? Is she far from where you live? I agree that the diflucan is great, I take it and a bit higher dosage helps me. Sleeping is one of my major problems too. After my doctor gave me a prescription for xanax I felt much better as I was only getting about 4 hours a night. Guest guest
Hi Ian .. Yea ! so glad you are feeling better. once the bug is beaten back , it slows way down and dosent attack half as much then little by little it turns into: no bugs! ... Peroxide is strong. .. My Friend who is a scientist told me to eat 1 slice of raw potatoe ( a little sat on it & it taste good ) to help metabolize the peroxide I was using on my skin. ( He makes the peppermint enzyeme cleaner that kills lice for children ) .. Such great news that you feel better 4 days a week .. Do you have an air mattress to sleep on .? I set mine on a damp borax floor after rinsing te mattress in the shower , I never get bit at nite ( once per week I bleach spray the air mattress with 20 perc bleach 80 perc. water with a chapin 48 oz sprayer , let it sit for 20 mins & rinse it to buglessness. .. so nice . I thank God for Mel telling me about the air mattress being so easy to clean .. ..Changed every thing for me .. I also borax water spray my whole house weekly now .. It kills them dead , it take s 2 days to see the results but it lasts for 1-2weeks. ( I blast it weekly & haven & #39;t felt a bug for 1 week now & before thet very minimal .. ) God bless you , Bill .. ps the chapin sprayer are 6 sprrayers for 19.00 & are guranteed for lif & they don & #39;t clog , the mist a huge , huge blast like a cup gun for auto paint ,..... instant clean bathroom in 7 seconds .. www. chapin.org .. look for on sale items or call them at theirr 1-800 # & they deliver in 4-9 days .. ......They rule , it it break I call them & they send me parts or a new one in 24 hours , they have been in business for 138 years , Ace Hardware sells chapin 1 gal sprayers $10.00. .. Bye ... Praise God ...! He is good .. Guest guest
You might consider MMS for the times you can't afford the Opaline. Both are Oxygen products and MMS is very inexpensive. > > A few people have asked what I'm taking and what is working, so I thought I'd do a quick post. (I have about 4 good days a week...) Guest guest
Another alternative is " Cell Food " http://cellfood.contactplus.com/Cellfood_Testimonials.html It contains dissolved oxygen, minerals, enzymes, amino acid, and electroyltes. You squirt drops into purified water. It is comparable to other " waters " that are oxygenated, but much more economical because you mix it yourself from the concentrate. It can be found at any health food store and has a proven track record. Bessie > > > > A few people have asked what I'm taking and what is working, so I thought I'd do a quick post. Guest guest
> omega 3, 4 grams a day Lowers BP, thins the blood. If someone were a generally deficient, low hormone, lifelong low energy type, I'd go with just 1 gram plain fish oil, not 4. The more naturally excess and high energy the constitution natally, the more higher amounts of fish oil benefits.
