Guest guest
inosine is the OTC alternative of the drug " isoprinosine " it seems. it's an immunomodulator. I've taken it some years ago but without result. I developed more and more food intollerances afterwards but don't know if there was a connection with the isoprinosine. Guest guest
coenzyme q10 and lots of antioxidants are too much for me, l-cysteine caused migraines Dr Cheney has written about how antioxidant in some instances can be too oxidizing and there was a thread on here I think earlier this year about research that challenges the notion that anitoxidants are good for everyone w/cfs for some reason fish oil has never resonated with my needs the b vitamins are too much for me I have intense phase 2 detox issues and p450 cythochrome intolerances abound that said that was a grumpy off the cuff post I had about klimas recs, I am grateful for her work, just wish that I personally could tolerate more treatments, oh well...oral magnesium (not sulphate) has been useful and a little hawhthorne paste and others things in small doses, probiotics are very important like seacure and s.boulaardi.... > > > > > > i just watched the klimas video on treatments: > > > > > > omega 3, 4 grams a day > > > inosine > > > coq10 > > > mushrooms > > > ampligen > > > vitamin b complex > > > multi-vitamin > > > > > > has anyone tried inosine? > > > > > >
