I noticed alcohol was on the list of medications NOT to be used by those who

have CMT. I want to know what everyone thinks about this. I love a glass of

wine with dinner (usually about 4 nights a week) and was wondering is this

bad for me? I never gave it much thought until I noticed that list.

I would appreciate your opinions.
