Last year I had a difficult time navigating - my jaw bite wouldn't even go together for while there. I did get a call saying my records were ready for me to pick up today. I guess my comment to them about " my lawyer informed me that I am legally entitled to my records " must have done some good. I might take you up on the offer for Med. Dir. to review meds.
