Guest guest
, I forgot to mention something. In all my travels, waking up in a dark hotel room is very disorienting; so in the last few years I started carrying a nightlight I leave on in the bathroom, just like at home. It helps me see and not fall over the hotel furniture and gets my body accustomed to the room at night. When I am overseas, I do have my current converters, but since you will be coming to NYC, just wait and buy one here. Just a few dollars at any market or general store. I have often mentioned to hotel managers how nice it would be if all rooms had nightlights ~ so until that is the'standard', I bring my own! ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Gretchen, Thanks for this tip, it is a great idea. I usually leave the bathroom light on but find it to strong. Thanks P.
