I just finished getting the " chicken shots " .

I had the Synvisc treatment. I couldn't walk without severe pain before

the shots.

Today I went to the track and walked 1 1/2 miles. The doctor said I

would feel like new in another week and I believe him. :-) I live in

Minnesota......the state where 3 people died last week after having knee

surgeries. I'm very grateful that I don't need surgery anymore!!!!!

I'm glad you don't need those surguries too!!

And man, Minn!!! My hubby grew up there and he won't go back lol too cold!!

Now I gotta go look up chicken shots, I musta missed something.
