I'd like to get this liar in a room for just 5 minutes. I have a friend who

went to this jerk. He steadfastly denied that Paxil had caused his severe and

debilitating withdrawal symptoms. Instead he was alluding to other mental

illnesses, as usual. Of course, little research revealed that this moron is on

the payroll of GSK!!! He says the zaps are not painful -- and how would HE

know??? I'd like to hook up 220V to his temple and give him a zap and then ask

him how it feels.

Yeah, even while presenting the information about withdrawal, the good

old doctors slipped in all that crap about how it goes away in a few

days......definitely by two weeks. Believe what the drug companies

tell them, NEVER what the patients say is happening to them. What do

the patients know??? **drippingwithsarcasm**

THAT was my first thought on reading the article. This guy has got to be on

someone's payroll. " its not painful " ?!?!?!?

he's obviously never had a zap.

yeah....i was told by my prescribing doctor ( Hertzman, Los Alamos, NM

- to name the butthead) that withdrawal was controversial at best and should

take 3 - 5 days.

How about 3 - 5 weeks of nightmare like i have never known and then 16

months after i am still recovering?!?!?!?
