Hi ,

It looks like the site that I had has also been discontinued. I had copied

the articles beforehand, since I had heard a rumour awhile back that this

might happen. If you still can't find the link(s), then let me know and I'll

send the copies that I have.

Links

Can anyone tell me what happened to all of the many links that were

on this site by E. Mina?? There were some excellent ones about

flatback, revisions, revision doctors, etc. The one that I saved now

comes up saying " The page cannot be found " . And where it now

says 'Links' over on the left side takes you to different ones. I

wanted to copy several of those by Mina and find they are no longer

here! Thanks for the help. ~~

Hi Lizz,

All the CNY gathering suppliers are on our CNY site at:

http://www..org/ If I get time this weekend I'll send you a

list of all my suppliers too.

Have a great evening,

H.

----- Original Message -----

I know that suppliers come and go but Kae, Mike at

Columbus Foods and the Scent Shack is all I have. Can anyone help?

Lizz,

I just zipped my " Soap Supplies " file from Favorites. I'm going to email it

to you privately. I hope it doesn't bog your email down trying to receive

it. If it does, let me know and I can copy it over to the school's server if

that's okay with Pete. Now, be forewarned, I'm not organized at all! Most of

these suppliers I rarely use and I don't have them named very well. If I can

remember the website easily, it probably never got bookmarked. If I think of

any that aren't there, I'll let you know.

Hi Liz,

I had to REALLY dig to find this message, but...

Being on the supplies side of things, I often am contacted

by people wanting to know if they can add my name to their

list of suppliers for others to use....

Anyway, here is a site from a person who recently contacted

me. Hope this helps:

Maybe we shouldn't be posting any post-op links if it is going to

cause nothing but confusion. If we should all be going by DR Aceves

information, he provides that at the hospital on discharge, at the

very latest. Maybe the site posting should be stopped before getting

to the board to prevent any confusions. And if there isn't one

already (because I didn't look before I started this) maybe add a link

to the LINK page for the Dr Aceves post-op diet. Then refer the

newbies to that. This will stop all the discrepancies that have been

occuring, don't you think?

Just a suggestion,

Robin

I think my email cleared up any confusion on the links. At least I hope so!

There is also a file in the " files " section of the board that has the post

op diet and another file that is my version of the post op diet (might help

clarify some things). There had been my version of the diet there for a

couple months but I removed it and edited and put it back up there today.

You will need Microsoft word to open these files. Maybe I will convert them

to text files so others can view them too.

Hi Sandy

All I know is Conn's sure can keep ones stomach in termoil.

Grouchy stomach indeed. Dirrahea too. The spior settled down much of my stomach

discomfort but not all of it. I also take cholestyramine which is a bile acid

binder which helps allot.

I am working on labs for GRA as when I was on Hydrocortisone all my symptoms

went away. If I dont have GRA I have to have my adrenal with the adenoma

removed. I cant take it no more. ita

Look in the files and links sections of this group. You will find

lots of information there. I can barely read your email with all the

abbreviations, etc.

HI Sandy

Cholestyramine should really help it is a powder and i take one scoop in water

every night so it does not bind or block my meds during the day. I would be

trapped in the house with out it as well and have been in the past.
