Thank you Donna..... Thank you. It wasn't really a religious thing as is

Aish... but it is something I have a very hard time with. When I am angry

I lash out. And that hurts people and does not create the wanted response,

yet i continue to do it...... it takes so much more of a higher road and a

loving heart to stay silent rather than lash out. I was very hurt by

something and it could have been done in a quiet way, and this was after I

had posted this. I am trying so hard to NOT intentionally though it seems

while angry not intentional to lash out, rather to sit quietly and

contemplate on how to go forward rather than just open my mouth. I thank

you for this more than you could know. Also, if any of you receive any

email from my other addresses, please know I am not trying to spam, I just

think maybe one would like it. I use this address for groups and stuff so

if you or anyone get an email addressed to nmilover from sally or sara

..... it's me.... and a simple reply will stop it. Thanks again. I almost

took my marbles and wasn't going to play, like a child. Then did some

thinking and I thank you for this....... and , you, too

sent that to them...... reminded them of the Simon and Garfunkel song....
