I don't get it! The washing machine is broken so they say she is an

unfit mother i guess so how does this mean that her kids have to be

drugged or else shipped off to foster homes???

How does drugging her kids, against her will, fix the washing

machine?

Now's she's got drugged, potentially suicidal children AND a broken

washing machine.

Where's the thinking in the legal system behind this insanity?

So the judge determines the children's immediate welfare is in

jeopardy because she has a broken washing machine (questionable at

best)so he says that as a result, they must go to live in a foster

home that has a functional washing machine at the very least

or..........or she can opt for door #2 and put her kids on Pharma

Has she talked to a personal injury lawyer?

Perhaps they could consider it from that angle.

Also if they can get on www.freecycle.org in their area

you can post some of the needs that you have (ie such as computers) and often

someone has one or some they are needing to get rid of. Many in working

condition

or older models. Who represnted her for the orginal settlement.

He/she might be contacted to see how best that her interests could be

protected.

How is drugging the kids justified by the courts; they didn't even

have so-called 'behavioral problems.' The premise of the removal is

that their immediate security, protection whatever is being

threatened by the broken washing machine.

Is it presumed that the stress of going to a foster home is enough to
