He suggests that Scarlett or Eddie call 1-800-2SHALOM. That's the Levitt-Weinstein funeral home in Hollywood, FL. They would know which organization down in FL would be able to help. Funerals are for the living who cared about the person to allow closure so they can go on living, at least that's my opinion. Once I'm dead I don't care if I get thrown in some tar pit My Mom's funeral was way expensive and we had the absolute least expensive one we could get. Luckily, she already had her grave paid for. Sister and I are still paying on the bill. I don't mean to sound insensitive. I'm sure her daughter wasn't aware of the services available to them.
