Cleansing the liver

Hi Amy,

Bee does NOT recommend any complicated liver cleanses. I've often

heard her say they are too harsh on one's system. You may want to try

a coffee enema to help you liver....please see the file on " enemas "

for further info.

==>Liver cleanses are not necessary and they are too harsh on the

body. The diet will cleanse, along with other things recommended,

i.e. dry skin brushing, lemon juice and sea salt in water, and esp. a

coffee enema. I made a full recovery without any cleanses, just

coffee enemas - see the Enema file.
