Guest guest
Hi Amy, Bee does NOT recommend any complicated liver cleanses. I've often heard her say they are too harsh on one's system. You may want to try a coffee enema to help you liver....please see the file on " enemas " for further info. jackie > I've read a lot about people feeling energised > after completing liver cleanses. I think I've had candida for several years at least. ==>That's wonderful the meats are going well!! Yippee! > > Regarding the liver, I've read a lot about people feeling energised > after completing liver cleanses. I don't particularly want to do one as they sound a bit complicated. Is a liver cleanse something you advise > or do you know people who have made a full recovery without doing so? ==>Liver cleanses are not necessary and they are too harsh on the body. The diet will cleanse, along with other things recommended, i.e. dry skin brushing, lemon juice and sea salt in water, and esp. a coffee enema. I made a full recovery without any cleanses, just coffee enemas - see the Enema file. > > Are there any easy ways to help your liver? I've ordered some milk > thistle. ==>Milk thistle is good.
