Guest guest
is that true in every state in the US?if it is i am totally screwed because i am considering purchasing a small handgun for personal security(i live in a crime-infested neighborhood)but i have been hospitalized twice-isnt that violating the HEPA laws by any govt authority havign access to medical histories?people point to circumstances like Phil Hartmans murder at his wifes hands-she was taking zoloft, snorting coke and drinking when she decided to use a gun and kill him and herself-then her family wants to sue pfizer because zoloft caused it?i dont think the FDA recommends chasing your psych meds with booze and cocaine.just because you are on zoloft doesnt mean you are terminally crazy-i have never seen things or heard voices,or hurt anyone other than myself mj What Really Ticks Me Off What really ticks me off about being hospitalized last year is the fact that as an American Citizen I can NEVER have a hand gun.....not that I even WANT ONE!!! You cannot own a handgun if you have been convicted of a felony....or been dishonorably discharged from the mililary OR EVEN been hospitalized in a Psyciactric Ward. THIS REALLY TICKS ME OFF!
