Guest guest
lol:) Don't you have beetroot over there? Its a round red root vegetable. Like a carrot but instead of being orange and long it is round and red. Very good for the liver and high in anti oxidants. Us Aussies eat the canned variety on our hamburgers. bob Larson <bobLists@...> wrote: ...what's beetoot? > Re: Re: 9th week of tx > > > Hello Doug > I'm in Australia, Friday has come and gone and my 10th shot is > down. Guest guest
....gotcha. there was an " R " missing. beetoot could conceivably be some finely powdered bee pollen that you snort ;-) yeah, i love'em, and have found multiple refs to beets for the liver. i only used to have some when found on salad bars, but now buy organic in bunches and steam them or use in soup along with other veges. the greens are reputed to be good also. must try. > Re: Re: 9th week of tx > > > > > > Hello Doug > > I'm in Australia, Friday has come and gone and my 10th shot is > > down. Guest guest
Did not even notice the " r " missing. Have also started eating goji berries. I eat the chocolate coated variety as a treat some evenings. Instead of a glass of wine it is now green tea and choc coated goji. bob Larson <bobLists@...> wrote: ...gotcha. there was an " R " missing. beetoot could conceivably be some finely powdered bee pollen that you snort ;-) yeah, i love'em, and have found multiple refs to beets for the liver. i only used to have some when found on salad bars, but now buy organic in bunches and steam them or use in soup along with other veges. the greens are reputed to be good also. must try. > Re: Re: 9th week of tx > > > > > > Hello Doug > > I'm in Australia, Friday has come and gone and my 10th shot is > > down.
