lol:) Don't you have beetroot over there? Its a round red root vegetable.

Like a carrot but instead of being orange and long it is round and red. Very

good for the liver and high in anti oxidants. Us Aussies eat the canned variety

on our hamburgers.

....gotcha. there was an " R " missing. beetoot could conceivably be some

finely powdered bee pollen that you snort ;-)

yeah, i love'em, and have found multiple refs to beets for the liver. i

only used to have some when found on salad bars, but now buy organic in

bunches and steam them or use in soup along with other veges.

the greens are reputed to be good also. must try.

Did not even notice the " r " missing. Have also started eating goji berries. I

eat the chocolate coated variety as a treat some evenings. Instead of a glass

of wine it is now green tea and choc coated goji.
