Hi I'm 57 and know what you mean.... I cannot take Vicodin any more.....

and flexeril relaxes my colon too much..... so it is Tylenol and your

doseage is correct........ YOU are being great ... that is why we all are

here..... Heck I've blown it, gave wrong advice and I hope yall still

support me. You are a doll....... and I am so sorry you are in pain, love,
