hi im doing good just hanging out,nothing important going on today.hey,heres

another link for you to look at,all thou they havent proven it fully yet or

figured out how they can pull this off,i believe drinking it everyday may be

helpful but becareful not to drink gratefruit juice to close to the times you

are taking medication. leave about a 4 hr gap inbetween drinking gratefruit

juice and taking meds! LINK BELOW...

I just want to thank you for that article on grapefruit juice. I drink that

daily or eat a half of grapefruit occasionally.

hi donna, your very welcome. ya know sometimes we dont know if things work or

not but its good to investigate everything and put together a plan than seems to

work for ya. im bad when it comes to water,i know i should be drinking at least

6 8oz glasses aday but i found myself lately drinking 1 when i get up and one at

nite before bed and thats just not enough so i gotta get a habit of drinking

more water yeah i try to drink gratefuit everyday!!! i love pomagrante juice

(the real stuff)also for cancer protection,will it really protect...i dont know

but i drink it to be safe! have a great nite!!!

lol too funny- You ever seen that movie fried green tomatoes!! Sometimes I just

want to TOWANDA over my husband too lol. Glad you did not resort to violence.

Just do what I do I get mad an say STP lol he has no clue I am calling him a

stupid total prick.. He thinks I need my car fixed and wants to know why I

think I need STP all the time lol. Anyway I get him out of the house and into

the car and out of hitting distance lol.

Yeah I found that article informative too. I think I am going on a artichoke,

beets and grapefruit diet. Might be cool mixed in one of those juicer thingys. I

hi em...heck yeah,seen the movie and then bought iti think ive seen it a dozen

times,me and my daughter just get in that mood for it. its a really good movie

we like the part where she hits the chicks car in the parking lot and then

the looks on there face hahaha. yeah,whoever thought of that movie is a genius!

 

my husbands a good shit for the most part,he just irritated me thee other nite.

i still get craving for a cig so im sure im still dealing with withdrawl and

then finding out about this hep stuff.  im in fond du lac wisconsin and we've

got a huge storm about to bust out,hail and 60 mile an hr winds so this could be

wat takes my life not hepChave a great nite...
