Hi Nilda, get yourself as educated as you can about this disease. There are

good morning nilda

 

hows it going...you sound much better than in days past. believe me it gets

better. if i feel like im going down,i go do something/anything...do you have a

dog? go get one if you dont,lol...they love us to well! i have a chocolate

cocker,he just turn 6 and had him since he was 12 wks old,now we are thinking

about getting a teddybear,they are the cutest lil things so i'll have my hands

full with that and my part-time job. see now after reading stephens e-mail,it

got me a lil scared but im not going to let it take my day over and i take 1 day

at a time you wanna hear how busy ive been,sunday and monday we were out mowing

2 acres of land and we raked up over 100 small piles of leaves,2 piles of leaves

fit in the wheel barrel so can you imagine how many trips we took to the leaf

pile to dump the leaves off,and it was quite a walk over there too,i got burnt

pretty good being out in the sun alday but it felt good,get at least 20 min's of

sun aday and if you

dont then take vitiman D3,let me know how things are going and wondering wat

you love to do...got any hobbies? i wanna hear about them hugs from de~borah

Stephan is really right on you have to stay positive and deal with

this disease straight on, you don't have control overit but you do have

the strength and the power within you to stay strong and positive, someone on

this list is always there for you to listen and offer suggestions about

what you might be going through.

Stress is not helpful so let it out, vent, it's ok, this is a tough group they

can handle it.

well nilda,happiness doesnt come in a pill form...i tryed antidepressants about

5 times since 1995 and i hate them,i just feel that it covers the problem and

that we need to find out why we feel shitty and make it different. ive been

threw hell. 2 sons in and out of jail/prisons and there father was a huge lover

of drugs and i stayed with him from 1972 to 1990,he was the father of my kids

and i loved him in a disfunctional way but i stepped outside one sunny sunday

afternoon and he had been up north all wk-end,im sure drinking and drugging!   i

called a girlfriend to come get me and i never went bac,ive been on a billion

roller coaster rides since then and im so proud of myself,how far ive come...im

not happy happy im ok happy,lol  and im in happier now to have you in my life...

 

hon you will be fine. i look at it like this,i am so much more content knowing

now that i am only human and i must die than before when i thought i was going

to live on earth here for ever,i appreciate life/food/my clothes/my

toilet,lol/my yard/garden,althou my kids have tore me up and spit me out over

and over i am trying to see good in them,they took after their dad so much more

your courage amazes me and that really does strengthen me. I will be praying for

you as I do all heppers each night. I know I cuss like a sailor somedays but I

believe the higher power I believe in still hears me to this day. The main

prayer I am having for you is to be full of life and joy everyday. Laugh often

lol, well...he was getting on my nerves and maybe im wrong on this,check this

the irs sent him a letter saying that thee amount he was getting bac was 1000

more than his tax preparer said ok so the following yr the irs sent him a letter

saying he owed them wat they paid over plus interest...i told him he could have

fought that because it wasnt his mistake it was theres but im sure he just didnt

even want to deal with it like he cant deal with my hepC, he doesnt talk to me

about it at all,which sucks...i got up this morn so upset,just about everything

around me and i told him he was the coldest MOTHER.F. I EVER MET, sorry for

swearing but he is an very functioning alcoholic/workaholic and well if you know

how they can be,i told him i was gonna buy some cigs and he said,how you gonna
