Doing treatment

Hi Everyone,

       I said I would keep in touch once I started treatment. I'm in week

three of treatment, my medications are provided by the company Roche that makes

them, I qualified for a program to recieve them. Most people that take the shots

do them on friday because they work during the week and that gives them the

weekend to get over the effects, I myself don't work and my family does

everything on the weekends so I take my shot on tuesday, that way I'm feeling

better by friday and can do things with the family. My worst time after taking

the shot is wednesday night and thursday all day and evening, sometimes part of

friday.

       I had a dr's appointment last tueday and had blood drawn, should

have results back tomorrow sometime and it should tell me if it's doing any good

or not. The dr. said that because I feel so crappy after taking the shot she

feels that it's working and is happy, I guess we will see. She also told me for

all the achs and pains to drink about 60oz. of water a day which means I make

alot of trips to the bathroom but it does help. One of my biggest problems

though is not being hungry, I try to force myself to eat even though I know that

there is a good poosibility it won't stay down so I eat small amounts several

times a day and that seems to work better for me, I'm still losing weight but

that is also an effect of the medicine and I'm not complaining. lol.
