I don't think there is an answer to that question -

there are too many variables. It used to be, before

the use of ribavirin along with interferon, that if

you were PCR negative at end of treatment there was

roughly a 50% chance of relapse. However, ribavirin

has really decreased the relapse rate. But things like

genotype, dose modifications, length of treatment

following the actual time a person becomes

undetectable (usually not known), etc., also can

affect this. I'm afraid there is not a simple,

accurate answer. At least, if there is one, I don't

know it!
