Guest guest
Dear Kathy, I would be interested in doing a cleanse, so if you could forward the regimen that would be appreciated. Guest guest
Dear Dax, hello, I am a UK person too, it's interesting to read your experiences. I am in the process of tring to find the best supplement for me that is going to make me feel well, I think I am leaning towards Taurine at the moment, as I have lots of food sensitivities. I was interested by the products that you mentioned, could you tell me a bit about them? also, how you have got on with them? Sorry, to ask you questions when you are new to the group, so here are a few helpful bits for you. Yes, it's quite normal to pass 300 stones in one go, some people on our group have passed many more at a time. It's difficult to say whether you will have passed all your stones by the time you go for the camera, as it really depends how many you have. But, keep at it , there aren't any quick fixes, but as you say you are feeling better already. Drink plenty of apple juice , as this contains Malic acid and softens up your stones, so they are much easier to pass. Don't worry about where stones are liver or gb the system will find them if you are taking things to soften and move them on. Ken and Dale on this group have some interesting posts on flushes and using Lecithin and Flax seed capsules, for long term health. Also, Dr. Cabot's site is v. interesting at www.liverdoctor.com So, let me know about Black Walnut and Wormwood. Bye from Jane. -----Original Message-----From: Dax [mailto:dax@...]Sent: 03 May 2001 21:44gallstones Subject: Liver Cleanse Hi! I have just joined this group after trying my first ever Liver Cleanse...and as requested in my introductory mail, I am posting a few details about myself. My name is Dax and I live in the UK. I am 42 years old and 3 weeks ago I was admitted to hospital with incredible pains...these turned out to be Pancreatitis which the doctors felt was caused by a gallstone getting stuck in my Pancreas and causing an infection. After 5 days on a drip and doses of morphine and anti-biotics, I was finally given an ultrasound scan which revealed 2 stones in my gallbladder. I am now awaiting an appointment to go back and *swallow a camera* when the doctors will try to remove the stones. If that doesn't work, they will use surgery to remove my gallbladder - or so they say! I have no fear of surgery - I have had numerous knee operation and 3 major back operations recently - but I feel I have had enough now and decided to try and find another way of dealing with this problem. After wandering around the Net, I found many sites promoting the Liver Cleanse and much invaluable information as to the source of gallstones etc (which, of course, the doctors will never tell you!). I was still taking painkillers for the pain in my back and stomach and after some thought decided to give the cleanse a go - after all, I had nothing to lose but the pain! Last weekend, I followed the instructions and performed my first ever liver cleanse - and was absolutely thrilled to move around 300 stones on Sunday! And by lunchtime I felt amazing - no back pain, no stomach pain, no bloatedness - I felt slimmer and younger! I am now taking Black Walnut and Wormwood extract in juice every day along with a bowel cleanser and aloe vera (not all together!) and plan to do another Liver Cleanse in two weeks. I am also now eating a much healthier diet with far less fat and far more fruit and fruit juice than before. I do have a couple of questions for those experienced in this area, though. Will the stones in my gallbladder have gone along with the liver stones? I would very much like to have no gallbladder stones when I go back to hospital for the camera swallowing exercise. Are around 300 stones a normal amount to lose after a Liver Cleanse and can I expect to lose the same amount next time? Many thanks DaxCollected testimonials:http:///messages/gallstones-testimonialsYou are receiving this email because you elected to subscribe to the Gallstones group on 's groups. Guest guest
>>>So, let me know about Black Walnut and Wormwood.>>>Bye from Jane. Hi Jane... The Black Walnut and Wormwood extract helps rid the body of parasites and helps promote friendly bacteria. I take 1ml in a glass of juice each morning with breakfast. http://seasilver.threadnet.com/Preventorium/paraclen.htm#3 3) Herbal parasite removal (for people who do not have a life-threatening disease) Halfway down this page will give you a bit more info about this. I take 25ml of aloe vera in juice with my lunch. Aloe Vera is just a wonderful all round detoxifier and promotes good health. The Lepicol is a bowel cleanser which is mainly psyllium husks and I take 2 heaped teaspoonfuls in juice with my evening meal. I have been taking these since last Sunday and I believe they are helping me tremendously. I shall be doing another flush a week on Saturday - so far I have had very little pain since my last flush...just the occasional discomfort after eating. The pain in my back and shoulders has gone as has that awful bloated feeling. I don't have any food sensitivities that I know of and have had no problems with the products I have taken to date. Guest guest
Positive testimony on the liver flush detoxing therapy. I have posted directions for this particular therapy in the files section. Many silicone ladies have had excellent results with the liver flush. I am getting ready to do another one myself. Patty ----- Original Message ----- From: " Fitzgerald " Sent: Saturday, July 14, 2001 4:00 PM Subject: liver cleanse > Like Gail, I have only good things to say about the liver cleanse. Immedietly, well the morning after when the 'flushing' began, I started feeling my fatigue improve and my depressions lift. OK, so I've recently posted about my fatigue and depression but HEY, it was far worse BEFORE the liver cleanses. Of everything I've done, and again I think Gail may agree with this, the liver cleanse has had the greatest positive influence! A bold statement i know. Basically, don't give up on it!!! You will be so thankful if you get through them. Personally, I did 7 flushes, once every 2 weeks, and I removed over 2000 stones!!! With the liver then able to start functioning with clear bile ducts, the long term improvements should be even greater! > In answer to your question though ..... no, I did not personally experience that. I assume you've followed the programme EXACTLY ?!? No food after 2, no fats on day of flush, etc. I think Magnesium does negate stomach acids so make sure you take it well after food as the programme dictates. How severe is the burning ? Obviously, don't just take my word on it as I'm no expert but I can't imagine it's going to do you any harm. Even if it did irritate your intestine a little, and the flush is quite a 'draining' experience itself, the results will be well worth it. Maybe, just try the whole programme through once, see how you then feel and then decide if you should continue every 2 weeks ? > > Good luck > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > i am in my first day of the liver cleanse. i just took the epsom salt and i > feel a burning in my transverse colon-- like maybe the salts are ittitating > my intestine. has anyone experienced this? i wonder if i should continue
Guest guest
Epsom salts is soluble in water. Warm the water. If it won't completely dissolve you have made a saturated solution and must either heat more or add more water. Go easy. Temperature doesn't matter to it's effectiveness...(as stated by Dr. ). Don't try to drink undissolved salts. You don't want to choke on them. nb9i
Guest guest
Hey Rob, This sounds more like a liver bomb to me for getting rid of gall stones. Looks really similar to all the others I have seen. Should do you some good and open up the common bile duct if it is plugged or the liver. Have fun. Don Q. Rob Combis wrote: I found this liver cleanse from another group. I plan on doing this with my girlfriend tonight. It looks similar to the hulda clark version. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this or if anyone has any comments. Thanks, Rob 1 teaspoon chopped parsley 1 tablespoon honey 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons unrefined olive oil 2 tablespoons Epson salt Mix the Epson salt in one cup of water and drink one hour before mixing other ingredients. Heat up a cup of water and mix the first four ingredients in it dissolving the honey and drink one hour after drinking the Epson salt. Repeat this four more times at 15 minute intervals (not epsom salts part). You do not need to do anything else. It's preferable you do this just before retiring and use a bowl to eliminate in to check your first three bm's. For some, due to the Epson salt, it's also best you not eat anything a few hours before.
