Guest guest
Start pumping that water sweetie lol. Yuo propel and crystal light as well as some of the other water count. Coffee, tea, etc. actually dehydrates your cells. That's my story and I am sticking to it hahaaa. Actually doc told me that cause I was a poor water drinker and drank lots of coffee. Reg. doc told me same thing and read it on internet and library books on hep c. I never believe doctors so always read other sites and if everyone agress good chance it's true lol. I can feel a BIG diference if I don't get the amt. in they said. Still bad at it but only sometimes now, most of the time the water bottle is my traveling companion lol. hugs pat Dorothy <dorv@...> wrote: I am terrible when it comes to drinking enough water. Actually, I seem to be drinking less since I started tx. But I’m wondering why wouldn’t coffee, tea or soda count? I know that under normal conditions (those not on tx), doctors have said that any fluid intake counts. Are you saying that Propel and Crystal Light do count?? I didn't have sides until week 12 but even now they aren't that bad, it's the Procrit that is giving me fits. Been on tx 29 or 30 weeks can't remember hahaaa. Stay positive and drink that water it helps flush the stuff out. When I forget to do my daily amount I do suffer from it, coffee, tea, soda doesn't count toward fluid intake. I also drink propel and crystal light as I have never been a water drinker but boy I learned pretty fast. Good luck girls on tx. hugs..pat krstnburton <krstnburton@ <mailto:krstnburton%40> > wrote: > > Hi everyone > Well I had my first shot monday and I was really stressing about it. > I didn't get sick or feel bad. Like u I have been very fortunate not to have severe side effects. For me everyweek is different. Some time I feel okay and sometimes I feel like I've been ran over by a bus. I deal with my 3 boys but my side effects havent got any worse so i dont think they get worse
