Connie that sounds like something that would happen to me getting terminated

on my birthday and no hope of finishing the treatment. We all have troubles

don't we once the disease hits the family and the treatment and the cost or

the none treatment and the cost - its crazy and the government doesn't help

much at all. I am beginning to think that the governments job is only to lie

about things and cover things up. People with money forget what it was like

when they didn't have it much less with a disease and treatment that makes

most people not have any money once the whole thing is done. If you are in

remission though the whole thing is worth it and everyone should get a chance

at that. Hang in there and thanks alot. Health is more important then money

any day. Stay positive.

Feel free to use mine. I just got results back from

new bloodwork that was done. Because I was forced to

go off Combo because of Termination of employment and

also Insurance. Viral Load is now 29 million, I was

doing so well when on the Combo before. (viral load

had dropped to 350,000 from 12 million). I feel that

I probably would be in or near remission at this

point. But, my job with the County GOVERNMENT

terminated me (on my Birthday no less) for excessive

absenteism, even though was out because pulled by

Doctors....Pinellas County Florida Government is such

a caring and giving employer, I am being sarcastic by

the way if you did not figure it out..smile. Then

they went so far as to lie about my job duties to try

and keep me from getting my Long Term Disability.

Also another thing about P C Government Employees is

that approximately 70% see Physicatrists because of

job related stress........Connie

It was the Dr's and Labs I could not afford even if I

had meds. My bloodwork had to br checked most of the

time weekly then finally inlast 6 weeks was every 2

weeks, I have other blood problems....Thanks

I am far from remission. After having ro go off when

I had no insurance. I am worse than I was and having

to go back on treatments, I have found this share of

cost program with Medicaid. I am responsible for the

first $500 a month, Then it kicks in and covers rest.

I hope this time to go into

dispense cash less than $1000 for emergency basis to heppers.
