Guest guest
Ewwwww Connie, that made me really mad. The gall of that unfeeling " lady " , and I use that term " loosely " . What a bich lol. Don't let these snide remarks get to you, although I know how hard that is to do. You don't need it now. Just chalk it up to ignorance and stupidity. I woulda be tempted to ask her if she laughed her head off watching the attacks on the WTC. She seems that type. ARGGGGGG another one of " those " in the world. Guest guest
Thanks Carol, I needed that. Not to many of us existing in the Bible Belt. Not much traffic here the last few days I was beginning to wonder. Guest guest
I have been trying to go to sleep, I guess I am excited about tomorrow and the Health Clinic. Sounds silly, but I hope they won't turn me down. Even if all they do is some bloodwork I be happy with that. I have had enough of being turned down in the past few years to last a lifetime. She sounds like she needs the tintsiest bit of enlightenment on the Old Testament as well as the new. And just to make things really interesting........find out how she found out that you are Jewish......was that from your medical records? Working in finance does not require you to read medical records nor does it exempt you from breaking the laws covered under the privacy act of 1974. We could REALLY give this lady a MERRY CHRISTMAS! By the by, I happen to be Methodist. So what? This country does have laws that protect our freedom of religion. I don't have to agree with you, to fight for your right to worship as you please. Happy belated Honakuh ( I think I spelled that wrong, but you get my point) LOL, Anne

Guest guest
Yeah I got her work address it it: Kay Cunningham Financial Counselor Houston Medical Center 1601 Blvd Warner Robins, GA 31093 I think Her and at Dr Aguilas, office are in cahoots. called her, I figure, as well as the Health Dept I don't know how she knew I am Jewish, I didn't think of that. They are reason I have no bloodwork done anymore. Gave me more papers to fill out but I know it is not going to help. So I have not bothered. Also I do not go in Dr A's office anymore. All of them excluding Dr A are very hateful to me, you can feel. I figure don't need the stress. Thank You Anne, Connie --- AVansi7465@... wrote: > In a message dated 12/13/2001 8:47:37 PM Eastern > Standard Time, > csean@... writes: > > > > > Well, she says " Merry Christmas " I said thank > you > > > but I am Jewish. Guest guest
I'll draft a letter after Christmas and e-mail it to you for your approval before mailing it to her. Send me your e-mail address, so I can send it to you. Have no idea if it will help, but maybe it'll bother her conscience enough to help you. Guest guest
And I thought it would only happen in Univiersity Hospitals and in the NYC area.... but after reading this story and hearing form some friends how rude people are all over the place, I think something is very wrong with the uneducated people of this country. You just need to cross the border and people literally act as they are from a different and better planet. > > In a message dated 12/13/2001 8:47:37 PM Eastern > > Standard Time, > > csean@h... writes: > > > > > > > > Well, she says " Merry Christmas " I said thank > > you > > > > but I am Jewish. Guest guest
I'm not any religion, but raised Southern Baptist and Catholic like that really means anything haha such oddities but it was interesting. People can be so friggin rude. Sometimes I'm ashamed to be human. I gotta go back and read the story, I've deleted a lot of email just cuz seeing it unread was so over-whelming I just don't understand people at all sometimes. Hugs to you all! alley

NObody who has this disease can be characterized by that statement. But I do have a rough draft. Would everybody like to critique this? If so, I'll post it with permission. People who are in health care of any branch have no business taking their prejudices out on those of us who feel like death warmed over to begin with.
