Guest guest
About Milk Thistle--I have taken it and it doesn't help. I have tried the herbal route--doesn't work for me but maybe for someone else it will. I've been reading so many testimonials on the net about colloidal > silver drastically reducing viral loads. Guest guest
What is Moducare?...never heard of that. In addition to the Oil of oregano, are you taking a pro-biotic to replace all the good bacteria that you are killing off?
Guest guest
Hi April, Moducare is an immune system builder. (at least it's supposed to be) A dr had prescribed it for me along with the oregano, milk thistle and olive leaf . However....it obviously hasn't been doing the trick according to my latest liver enzyme and viral load count, so I'm moving to colostrum, s.s.t., liver cleansing, maximum milk thistle and I'm going to try colloidal silver. It's my understanding that I shouldn't be killing off good bacteria with the herbal approach. Isn't that just something that happens with antibiotics? Guest guest
....you made a judgment against me that i'm taking advantage of her & pronounced it terrible & that i should be ashamed. that is totally superficial, erroneous, & inappropriate. the only hurt it causes me is the waste of my time & energy in feeling some obligation to respond to it. the mess i refer to is (obviously i would think) related to my relationship with her & my apparent attitude that your are making your judgment upon. it's an obvious & safe assumption that either you or someone close to you has hep-c or you probably wouldn't be here. right, she only matters to the extent that she's useful to me, and that's a situation of her own creation over a long time, which mirrors exactly how she is & always has been not far beneath a cheery, warm, friendly veneer. i can be cold as ice, & will turn that way like a switch has been flicked or gradually over time under enough threat/stress, & that can be very dangerous to the point of deadly....that is typically human, like it or not. but all that has little directly to do with the purpose of this hep-c list except that relationship matters do have large impact on physical health in many ways both obvious & not. i don't deliberately do anything TO her (bad things) but i've come to be not interested in doing anything FOR her either unless there's something worthwhile in it for me. i regard her as a lazy, greedy, emotionally abusive swollen parasite in my life, & except for the considerable material loss & inconvenience it would cause me i don't really care what evil might befall her. > colloidal silver... > > > > > > > > > I've been reading so many testimonials on the net about colloidal > > > silver drastically reducing viral loads. Guest guest
I've been taking Milk Thistle for about 2 months now and i feel better. I eat only live foods. Not Beef. To much iron which isn't good for hep c. I live on salads when the nausea is at it's worst. Licorice is also good for the liver. Lemon in water is best for nausea. a <vesta3553@...> wrote: About Milk Thistle--I have taken it and it doesn't help. Guest guest
Hi Bob, you shouldn't have to explain yourself to anyone as I don't know you and aren't we all here talking because of a disease --I am sure you have your reasons as to what ever is going on in your life is personal and I don't think any of us here should be going into anyones personal business. Hope that you are feeling better in whatever treatment that you are doing. a ...also look > > > into Rife if you have the money to spend. it appears a plasma > > > tube type rife machine might help a lot. they're real popular with the > > > chronic lyme crowd & that's a tough virus to manage. Guest guest
ok i am sorry, i just felt so bad as my sister-in-law had breast cancer and i was with her in her treatments, guess i am in the wrong again sorry. i guess i was comparing her to your landlady, my sis-in-law is a very sweet gentle soul. yes i have hep c the really nasty one and i am scared s---less. i didn't mean to judge you which apparently i did without knowing the facts and that wasn't my right to do that. i am trully sorry you have this disease and i hope all will be ok for you. i have read your comments on different approaches to hep c and found them very hopeful. i feel awful bad i said those things i am just a foolish old woman i guess. i wish all the best for you. bob Larson <bobLists@...> wrote: ...you made a judgment against me that i'm taking advantage of her & pronounced it terrible & that i should be ashamed. that is totally superficial, erroneous, & inappropriate. the only hurt it causes me is the waste of my time & energy in feeling some obligation to respond to it. the mess i refer to is (obviously i would think) related to my relationship with her & my apparent attitude that your are making your judgment upon. it's an obvious & safe assumption that either you or someone close to you has hep-c or you probably wouldn't be here. right, she only matters to the extent that she's useful to me, and that's a situation of her own creation over a long time, which mirrors exactly how she is & always has been not far beneath a cheery, warm, friendly veneer. i can be cold as ice, & will turn that way like a switch has been flicked or gradually over time under enough threat/stress, & that can be very dangerous to the point of deadly....that is typically human, like it or not. but all that has little directly to do with the purpose of this hep-c list except that relationship matters do have large impact on physical health in many ways both obvious & not. i don't deliberately do anything TO her (bad things) but i've come to be not interested in doing anything FOR her either unless there's something worthwhile in it for me. i regard her as a lazy, greedy, emotionally abusive swollen parasite in my life, & except for the considerable material loss & inconvenience it would cause me i don't really care what evil might befall her. > colloidal silver... > > > > > > > > > I've been reading so many testimonials on the net about colloidal > > > silver drastically reducing viral loads. Guest guest
i'm sure i do. read into these carefully & critically. also NIH website stuff. the NIH clearly describes the amount that can be take continuously for a lifetime without causing argyria which is quite a lot, & nothing can be found about effects of argyria being anything but cosmetic. the toxicity quackwatch refers to has, for me, only lead to more refs to argyria. now turning blue/gray sucks but it's a social impediment not a physical health risk. use of lots of poorly made ionic/water CS for a long time still seems to pose less risk of argyria than use of other forms commmonly used in medicine prior to 1975. it apparently HAD been used effectively for a lot of things for a long time until more, or at least as, effective antibiotics were developed after which it was dropped. " respected " research was probably dropped long before it dropped out of use. a whole lot of people are going to be looking very blotched up ugly in not too many years as their tattoos spread & fade. the social impediment effect of discoloration in general will likely diminish significantly. breast implants are a high dollar industry so they're allright (ugly & stupid but ok with medicine) even though they often can prevent examination procedures from detecting breast cancer early enough therefore causing death. of course most of the fools getting them installed probably aren't going to be bothering with exams anyway. etc etc etc. beware the BS on both sides of all medical issues. ego & greed induced corruption are everywhere, & smart & well intended people have their blind sides too. a blind side can be an insistence on making decisions for you based on values of theirs not yours... for example the advisibility of a double full mastectomy versus lumpectomy + rads + chemo. the protocols (superficially & apparently) give similar long term survival rates but current " standard of care " assumes it's superior to not have hideous scarring (which can be covered) & the added adverse potentiall mortal risks & higher likelihood immediate or long term health & comfort impacts of the rads & chemo are worth it to avoid the emotional distress of what the patient sees in the mirror or displays in some bathing suits....etc etc the vain cud-chewing herd is content to be stupidly led to harvest, & money doesn't talk it swears. > Re: colloidal silver... > > > You sure you want to risk taking colloidal silver? Guest guest
okay Not trying to stop anyone from taking it, just showing a POTENTIAL side effect, even if it is " just " cosmetic, i am sure it is extremely damaging to one's self esteem and would affect your life in numerous other ways. But if it is working and not turning you into a smurf then it is your choice. :)I am aware there are two sides to every argument, i am not one of the ignorant . Good luck.
