Hi, I'm new too! I can't help because up to a few

weeks ago I hadn't even heard of Hep-C never mind

thinking I would have it. From what I have found out so

far...we are not alone in this battle. And I hope that

someday the suffering will stop. I still don't even know

what stage I'm in but I know that having a

compassionate ear helps and that is what we all need. My heart

is open and the energy of love is my medicine, it

may not heal the body but it does heal the

soul.
~PEACE and LOVE~

Could be other medical reasons for her continued

illness. She could have Thyroid troubles, or diabetes, or

Lupis, or Fybro. She doesn't say. Not everything is

attributed to the hepC but it does attach the immune

system.

She is apparently not going to the right doctor. I'd

take myself to the nearest and BEST University Medical

Hospital and find out what is really going on.

With as little liver damage as she says she has, there

is no reason to really attribute all this to her

HepC. Something else is definitely going on

there.

LeighAnn

It's very good advice to see another doctor,a

second and even a third opinion may shed some new ideas

for treatment,,also a good support group could

help,it's always nice to talk with someone who is going

thru much the same as we are, many health providers

encourage such groups, couldn't hurt to ask hers, maybe find

one in her community,we seem to have a good group

here if she's interested...not everything is

perfect, but we question the things we don't understand and

get many opinions to think on,and thats ok
Most

important is a good relationship with your health care

providers,it takes all parties to communicate with each

other.this is a fight for life we do one day at a

time
smile Jack

Don't kid yourself. An undetected reading does

not mean that the virus is GONE. NO test goes to

zero. HCV can hide in the thyroid, the liver itself and

other organs.

Many of her complaints sound like

other problems as well and the tx could have caused

them. Her dr's need to look into it further. Just

blaming it on tx is not enough. Nor is it always

correct.

LeighAnn
