If I eat MSG I know it right away, I am achey the next day or more so

than usual. I also am aching today allot and yesterday when In

Wyoming we ate at a very greasy restaraunt that made the best

cheeseburger and fries. I normally stear clear of these kinds of

foods, but everyonce in a while I splurge. It was so yummy and fun

that it was worth the extra pain today. Sometimes ya just have to

live a little bit.
