Guest guest
If I eat MSG I know it right away, I am achey the next day or more so than usual. I also am aching today allot and yesterday when In Wyoming we ate at a very greasy restaraunt that made the best cheeseburger and fries. I normally stear clear of these kinds of foods, but everyonce in a while I splurge. It was so yummy and fun that it was worth the extra pain today. Sometimes ya just have to live a little bit. @y..., " Patty " <faussettdp@m...> wrote: > Diet plays a big role in our health! > > From: " Ilena Rose " <ilena@s...> > Sent: Tuesday, July 03, 2001 10:43 PM > Subject: Relief of fibromyalgia symptoms following discontinuation of > dietary excitotoxins. > > > > > > Ann Pharmacother 2001 Jun;35(6):702-6 > > > > Relief of fibromyalgia symptoms following discontinuation of dietary > > excitotoxins. > > > > JD, Terpening CM, Schmidt SO, Gums JG. > > Malcolm Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Gainesville, FL, USA. > > > > BACKGROUND: Fibromyalgia is a common rheumatologic disorder that is often > > difficult to treat effectively. > > > > CASE SUMMARY: Four patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia syndrome for two > to > > 17 years are described.
