Hi ,

Well, no kidding I can still get up at 4 am and get work done, but

working at home allows for a better environment and I still do my best

work in the morning.I am awhole lot more creative then too. Rest, nap

and play, dog walk/train afternoons, go back to writing and or proofing

or the mail (easy things) later. Afternoons are just my low biorhythm

time. I have just had to learn new ways of managing my time.

By all means, why not give TENS a go? Do it first in a controlled

environment, so you can learn about it by PROS, how much to get, it.

This is REAL important. If your Dr. orders PT and includes TENS,

insurance will help. Mine did. Be careful of TENS units sold on the Net.

Fakey stuff, and IF you, your PT and Dr. want you to have a home unit,

you can get one through the PT center who will order it for you and

instruct you how to use. And again, if deemed medically necessary,

insurance will help. This is my experience. ~ G
