I have just recently read a report on why hospitals are screwing up...this is why I do what I do to get and keep My Own Records Up to Date and Coordinated...I feel this is very important. I too, take control over my health. This is also why I choose to see the Drs. I choose to see and go to great lengths to find good ones that can work with me and I with them. ~ Gretchen > don't leave it up to them to dispense my health info. I go in and get.
