To answer and catch up :

The only answer I have myself of why I keep getting sick

is because I overdo whatever I'm doing that day.. mainly walking.

That's the big issue. I am going to go and get a complete exam here

soon. I just notice how every time I get sick like this (I'll cramp,

have muscle pain, then slip into the " flu symptoms " ), I become more weak.

I _hate_ going to the doctor, but I _know_ I _must_. :-P I've tried

staying away from prescription drugs, but we'll see what the doctor says.

I guess I'm a little nervous to end up taking a BUNCH of meds, or

taking something that really makes me zoned out. I've stayed away from

it.

Since seeing my father do ALOT of this, and nothing helps, I tend to

wonder why I should even do that myself. *sigh*

What are TENS treatments? I've never even heard of that before!

I haven't been to a pain clinic. I usually just grin and bear everything.

Haha.

My mood is usually pretty neutral but can hit some lows and be a little

moody. I can get more irritated as of late, especially when I hurt. I'm

not as friendly as I should be. I _would_ like to be happier lately.

I can do a little exercise and stretching but nothing strenuous .. Taebo,

Aerobics .. they are out of the question! *Grin*

I do have the careers list. I think I'm just a little nervous at this

point,

for I don't want to do something and then end up messing up a job..

because I have to take time off when I am hurting too much. Does

this make sense? I suppose I will just trudge on through, regardless.

(Like I always do.. hehe!)

Thank you for your help, as always.
