Hi Hans Dawn

" I put vaseline on a cotton bud and put that up my nose to stop the dryness... "

That is not a good idea at all. Vaseline is a petroleum product & in fact very

DRYING to mucous membranes.Nor should it be used on lips or any other part of

the body!!!

I suffered from dry nasal passage for years & often had nosebleeds & sores.

I found a product which helped immensely calles Nozoil. It is Australian but I

found it is available in USA Canada & a version in UK as well.

It is cold pressed Sesame Seed Oil (high in Vit E). Only downside is the UK &

Aussie products do contain a trace of preservative (hydroxybenzoate). The USA

one is free of preservative.

Even with the preservative it would be MUCH healthier than Vaseline. Dry nasasl

passage also makes you susceptable to infection as well as being very painful &

annoying.

I no longer have the problem. It was caused by dehydration due to electrolyte

imbalance. Now all fixed (as is the dry eyes, dry mouth, dry throat & dry

everything else) due to Sea Salt, Potassium & Florinef.

Nozoil (Australia)

http://www.enttech.com.au/prod_nozoil.shtml

Nozoil® Sesame seed oil 1mL/mL & contains all three natural forms of Vitamin E

(alpha, beta and gamma) and is available in two pack formats for your

convenience (Spray or Drops).

Nozoil (USA & Canada)

http://www.rhinaris.com/ca/en/consumer/products/nozoil.php

unique sesame oil lubricant, 100% natural and preservative free.

Noseeze (UK)

http://www.expresschemist.co.uk/Noseeze-15ml.html

natural cold pressed Sesame Oil (which has a high concentration of the

antioxidant Vitamin E).

Lee oh Lee you GENIUS

I have just realised why I probably have low plasma viscostiy, raised RBC and

WBC it could be dehydration caused by the self same thing electolyte imbalance,

however this didn't show in my blood previously. I cannot seem to water my blood

down at all though, even cutting the caffeine Bob hon lol.

I am having numbness and dodgy symptoms of Relative Polycythemia, like

confusional episodes, fluffy head, anginalike pain, hmmm interesting. However I

have learned panicking makes no sense; so I put it to another Dr on Friday who

is going to do more tests, also about my hypoglycemia, however my sugar was high

late last night, so who on earth knows?

lotsa luv

- I wonder if it would help if you started taking a sip of saturated Himalayan

salt water when you get up every morning. You buy the Himalayan salt in rock

form and drop a chunk into a tumbler of water. Let it dissolve until the

crystal has dissolved completely and then add another chunk. It is saturated

when you still have some salt crystals left in the bottom of the glass. Take a

teaspoon of this VERY salty but somehow, not unpleasant drink. You can

replace many, many minerals this way. I did this for some time and haven't for

a few months, and I know I am becoming dehydrated at the moment, so will start

this again.

luv -

Sheila

PS -

as you keep having these strange episodes ever so often Dawn, you should keep a

diary to see if there is anything you are doing and nor doing that could be

bringing these episodes on. Does anything come to mind?

Hi Bob,

electrolyte imbalance. Now all fixed (as is the dry eyes, dry mouth, dry throat

Bob.. " meaning that Florinef and sea salt/potassium fixed the dehydration or was

the cause of the dehydration "

Meaning Florinef, Salt (Alkala N not Sea Salt) & Potassium FIXED the problem.

Definitely didnt cause the problem...it had been going on for 8 years until I

had Adrenals properly tested & treated.

If interested I gave lots more detail in my reply to Jane on this same thread.
