Gabitril for pain, numbness

Hi group! I just came from my pain mgt doc and mentioned to him that

I was having increasing numbness and pain in my hands. He wants me

to take Gabitril for this.

I have previously taken Neurontin and it gave me a serious case of

Myoclonus (involuntary jerking of a muscle or group of muscles) and

was taken off of it. Does anyone have any experience with Gabitril?

Since they are both anti-seizure meds I'm afraid I will develop the

Myoclonus again (involuntary jerking is listed as a possible side

effect).
