alisha here,

this is what i do......

when im rather stressed, i turn off my cell phone, close my bedroom door,

light some candles and cuddle up with my teddybear and read a book or two. i

dine on some chocolate as a treat and tune out everything. if my boyfriend

is available then i go and cuddle with him!! ;)

other times, i take a hot bath with tons of bubbles and then have a cd

playing in the back ground.

i listen to music, or call up my friends, plan a date with my friends or

just go out for a nice long walk to the country (about 5 minutes away from

my door step). sometimes, i take a nap or play with the cat or what ever

comes to mind at that moment.
