This is amazing news, I cant believe it either and I hope it means a change in attitude for all our governments and much needed help for all our kids. Well done for your input into bringing this around and indeed to Dr V. How we need people like this to stand firm in the face of adversity and get the word out there about our children and their great needs. Keep us posted of any new developments and lets all savour this moment and keep trying to make it happen...
