Marilyn,

What a beautiful tribute to yourself!! You have weathered the storm

and are now on the good side of it. No way would this post ever be

deleted. I hope all newly diagnosed people read this! It just shows

that our intestinal fortitude really does help us get through the

dark days and on to the better ones.

After seeing the date of your diagnosis, I remembered that my first

injection with interferon was March 13, 1998. It was FRIDAY the 13th

no less. I too have come so far from that point and from being the

person I used to be.

You should print your post and keep it handy when you start feeling

glum again. It will be a great pick-me-up for those days when you

fall into a funk.

I'm so glad you found a good support group in your area. They are so

very important and so very helpful.

Congratulations Marilyn. You have made it through the rain!
